Where Is My Serial Number?
All orders are processed manually. In most cases, your registration will be processed in no more than eight hours. During holidays and salmon season, we may be out of the office, and processing may take a little longer. If you use a "spam blocker service" that requires people to click on a confirmation URL before they can send you email, you must disable it before ordering, or you may not receive your registration email.
I've Lost My Serial Number!
If you have lost your serial number and need it resent to you, we will need some information from the 'Thanks for Your Payment' message you received, so please have it handy. If you are unable to provide the information we request, your request may be delayed.
How do I uninstall Lion Cache Cleaner
LCC is an application, and thus uninstalling is fairly easy. A key to removing it however is to ensure that Automatic Maintenance is off. Instructions to do this are detailed in the users manual. Once Automatic Maintenance is off, just drag LCC to the trash and it is uninstalled. If you wish to be thorough, you can also trash the Preference files as well. If you have already deleted LCC, please feel free to download it again to complete the removal process.
If you prefer, you can remove LCC manually instead. In the Terminal or Activity Monitor applications, kill the LCC engine process. In the System Preferences, remove the LCC Engine from the Login Items. In your Preferences, delete the LCC related files.
I need help!
If you are experiencing other problems running the software, or have general questions, or feature requests, please feel free to contact us.
